Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and ensure the device is securely packed in its original packaging with all included accessories and chargers.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 3 to 5 business days.
